Work from Home Customer Service Representative (Chat Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions in real-time through live chat and social media messaging.
• Walk customers through our products, tell them about what's on sale, and help them use promo codes.
• Keep conversations moving at a good pace while staying helpful and focused on solving problems.

Position Expectations:

• Give customers fast, correct, and helpful answers every single time.
• Stay professional and friendly in every conversation, no matter what comes up.
• Juggle multiple chats at once without dropping the ball on quality or speed.

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills with clear, clean, mistake-free English.
• Experience in customer service or chat roles is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
• A solid internet connection and a laptop or tablet you can count on.
• Willingness to learn our tools and processes quickly.
• A genuine interest in helping customers solve their problems.
• Self-starter mentality combined with the ability to work well with others.

Rate: $35 per hour

Hours per Week: Choose your own hours between 5 and 40 per week, depending on what works for you.

Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection; we're especially interested in US-based candidates but welcome talented people globally.
