Telecommute Writer - App Review Blog

We're seeking a sharp and articulate Writer to contribute to our App Review Blog as a remote team member. If you're passionate about mobile technology and enjoy breaking down complex software into clear, useful insights, we'd love to hear from you. Your reviews will help everyday users and tech-savvy professionals alike make informed decisions about which apps deserve their time and attention. We need someone who can dig deep into what makes an app tick, spot trends before they become mainstream, and explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.

Roles: The heart of this job is hands-on testing. You'll download apps onto your own device, spend quality time using them, and explore what they can really do. Once you've gotten the full experience, you'll write honest, insightful reviews that showcase what works well and flag any problems you encounter.

Requirements: You must have at least one working mobile device—iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet will all work for this role.

Contract length: Ongoing position with flexibility for the long term.

Rate: $35 per hour (compensation may vary depending on how complex the app is and how thorough your analysis needs to be).

Skills/background needed:

• Confident navigating mobile devices and installing applications
• Able to work independently without being micromanaged
• Meticulous with excellent follow-through on instructions
• At least 5 hours weekly availability
• Reliable, fast internet connection

Hours per week: You set the pace.

Location: Work from anywhere in the US (we're actively hiring remote writers for this position). Remote-first company culture.
