Social Media Manager (Remote)

What you will be doing:

• Connect with our community by promptly replying to comments, direct messages, and support requests on multiple social channels and chat platforms.
• Support customers by answering questions, describing product features, and sharing information about promotions and special offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Reliable access to a computer, tablet, or phone for managing accounts and messaging tools.
• Self-motivation and the ability to follow our guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly.
• Fast, dependable internet connection.

Contract length: Open-ended

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 5 to 40 hours

Location: Remote position available globally (US applicants preferred).
