Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat and social media comments on behalf of our partner organizations.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, provide information about products, suggest appropriate solutions, and communicate details about special offers.
• Cultivate strong relationships through consistent, respectful, and professional messaging across all platforms.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable computer, phone, or tablet to complete your work.
• Strong, reliable internet connectivity to keep communications flowing smoothly.
• Basic English communication skills to engage in warm, natural conversations.
