Sales Chat Support Representative

Role Overview:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Location: Remote, US-based applicants preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers across live chat, email, and phone to address inquiries and recommend tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in our product catalog so you can confidently recommend items and add-ons that fit customer needs.
• Partner with the sales department to spot potential opportunities, cultivate relationships, and successfully complete transactions through authentic conversations.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling respected and supported.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer touchpoints and transaction information in our database.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Capable of managing simultaneous conversations while maintaining composure in busy periods.
• Results-oriented with genuine enthusiasm for achieving sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not necessary.
