Remote Text Chat Operator – Entry Level

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our partner sites.
• Provide support on frequently asked topics including shipment status, item information, and refund guidelines.
• Log into the chat platform during assigned times and handle customer interactions professionally throughout your shift.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A dependable device—laptop, tablet, or phone—with consistent internet access.
• Ability to follow guidance and handle your tasks with minimal supervision.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
