Remote Support Representative / Call Center (Entry Level / No Experience)

Roles: You'll serve as our primary point of contact through website chat, handling customer inquiries throughout your shift. Your typical responsibilities include replying to customer questions, distributing discount codes, walking customers through our return policies, and leveraging our knowledge base to find answers. Whenever you hit a roadblock, your supervisor is available to walk you through it.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates located within the United States.

Requirements:

• A functional computer, tablet, or mobile phone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Commitment to following company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Availability of at least 20 hours each week.
• Consistent, high-speed broadband connection.

Contract Length: Open-ended arrangement with no predetermined termination date.

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours.
