Remote Entry Level Chat Support – No Experience Required

We're expanding our customer service team and looking for reliable individuals to handle live chat support across our various online platforms. We're recruiting remote team members from anywhere in the world who take pride in their work and consistently deliver excellent customer experiences.

Role: Your job will be answering customer questions via live chat on platforms like Facebook Messenger. The best part about this remote role is the flexibility—work from your home, a coffee shop, or anywhere with internet. Everything happens through typed messages, so there are zero phone calls involved.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device (computer, phone, or tablet). Strong English writing skills are essential for this position.

Training and Experience: No background in chat support needed whatsoever. We provide comprehensive onboarding and training to get you up to speed, so you'll be ready to support customers from your first day on the job.
