Remote Customer Service Chat Representative – Part Time

We're seeking part-time Remote Customer Service Chat Representatives to join our growing team. This flexible position allows you to set your own schedule while delivering excellent support through our chat platform.

Roles: As a Chat Representative, you'll engage directly with customers through real-time messaging, addressing their concerns and providing solutions. We're looking for individuals who are naturally communicative, can respond thoughtfully to various situations, and excel at crafting clear, concise written responses that genuinely help customers.

Contract Term: Flexible arrangement with no binding long-term agreement—you're in control of your commitment.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Required Skills/Background:

• A computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of supporting chat and internet-based customer service functions.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
• Commitment to adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours weekly.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Weekly Commitment: Part-time position requiring at least 10 hours per week.

Location: Fully remote opportunity available globally, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
