Remote Customer Service Chat Agent (No Experience, No Phone, Immediate Start)

Looking to start a customer service career from your home office? We're looking for Chat Support Agents to join our expanding customer support team. What You'll Do:

• Provide friendly and helpful support to our customers through live chat. You'll address their concerns, guide them through solutions, and ensure they feel genuinely supported and satisfied by the end of each interaction.
• Handle customer conversations across our chat platform, managing various customer needs and transforming challenges into positive outcomes.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connection to get up and running.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to write clearly in English are essential for this role.
• No customer service background required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel prepared and capable from your first day.

Hours per Week: Minimum 10 hours, with opportunities to request additional shifts as needed.

Location: Fully remote—you can work from anywhere with internet access (we prefer candidates based in the United States).
