Remote Chat Support Level 1 - Entry Level

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handle incoming customer messages through live chat on our website and social channels.
• Provide support ranging from troubleshooting technical issues to answering product and sales questions.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: Ongoing, with no predetermined end date

Skills/Background Needed:

• Access to a working computer, phone, or tablet that can run web-based chat and social media applications.
• Independent mindset with excellent organizational skills and the discipline to stick to established procedures.
• Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to this position.
• Fast, dependable internet service required.

Hours Per Week: 10+ hours

Location: Remote anywhere; we're particularly interested in candidates based in the US.
