Product Support Specialist – Fully Remote

We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to strengthen our support team. Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about how to use our product, walk through features, and troubleshoot any technical hiccups.
• Work with customers thoughtfully to understand their needs and deliver solutions that go above and beyond.
• Use our knowledge base and support tools to give customers consistent, helpful answers.
• Work alongside colleagues from different teams to build your product knowledge and strengthen our support overall.

Requirements:

• Ability to pick up new information quickly and apply what you learn during onboarding to your work right away.
• Clear communication skills—you can explain technical concepts in plain language and genuinely listen to what customers are saying.
• Dependable internet connection and a comfortable, distraction-free workspace at home.
