Operations Chat Support Specialist (Remote, No Calling)

Are you someone who excels at written communication and enjoys the flexibility of remote work? We're expanding our team and looking for Operations Chat Support Specialists to provide outstanding customer service. Previous experience isn't necessary—we provide comprehensive onboarding to set you up for success.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Roles: You'll be our customers' go-to resource, answering their questions and guiding them through our offerings via live chat. This is where product knowledge meets genuine customer care—you'll be the friendly voice helping people navigate their needs and find solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
