You'll be our front-line support representative, chatting with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Every day, you'll answer customer questions, recommend products that match what they're looking for, and share special offers to enhance their buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions quickly and professionally with helpful information.
• Suggest appropriate products and inform customers about current promotions.
• Analyze customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
• Operate independently while adhering to company guidelines and standards.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with no long-term commitments required.

Qualifications:

• Own a working computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Comfortable working on your own and maintaining consistent service quality.
