Live Chat Representative - No Experience Needed

Ready to break into customer service? We're hiring enthusiastic individuals to become Live Chat Representatives with our dynamic team—previous experience is optional! You'll be the friendly face helping customers navigate their questions about wheels and tires through our web-based chat system. Your typical shift involves resolving customer issues, explaining product features, and scheduling service appointments all through real-time text conversations.

This remote position lets you work from anywhere using a computer, smartphone, or tablet and an internet connection. We provide all the training you need so you'll feel prepared and equipped to deliver excellent customer service from your very first day.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A reliable computer, phone, or tablet paired with dependable internet service.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Skills/background needed:

• No experience required—comprehensive onboarding is included for all new hires.
• Ability to work independently while upholding professional communication standards in chat interactions.
