What you will be doing:

• Handling customer issues with speed and professionalism, troubleshooting problems on the spot, and maintaining high service standards across all interactions.

Contract length: Ongoing position with flexibility to adjust your schedule as life happens.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

• A working device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) that can handle web-based messaging tools and social platforms.
• Comfort working solo while keeping your written communication clear and professional.
• Willingness to learn our processes and adopt our service standards.
• At least 5 hours per week available to commit to shifts.
• Stable, dependable internet connection at home.

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours weekly—you control your availability.

Location: Work from anywhere across the United States (US-based applicants only).
