Junior Customer Success Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience Required)

Ready to start your customer service journey? We're hiring Customer Success Assistants and you don't need prior experience—just bring strong communication skills and comfort with digital tools. We'll handle the training and get you up to speed quickly.

Roles:

• Engage with customers via live chat on our partner platforms, answering questions and solving problems as they come up.
• Help customers with a range of requests: processing orders, managing returns, addressing concerns, and entering order details into our database.
• Create your own schedule and work whenever it suits you; payment hits your account daily.

Rate: $35 per hour, with adjustments possible based on your experience and the type of work you take on.

Requirements:

• Access to a working device—phone, tablet, or laptop—capable of web browsing and messaging apps.
• Ability to work independently and manage your responsibilities with limited oversight.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow processes closely.
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 5 hours per week.

Hours and Location:
