Hourly Remote Chat Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're looking for a Chat Assistant to join our customer support team and help our customers get the answers they need. You'll be working from home, responding to customer inquiries through live chat, and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling heard and supported.

Rate: $35 per hour

Location: Remote position open to candidates throughout the United States and select international locations based on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages across our website and social media channels throughout your shift.
• Provide quick and accurate answers to customer questions, discuss product details, let customers know about current deals, and help resolve common issues.
• Create great customer interactions by being responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful in all your conversations.

Requirements:

• A working device and internet connection (phone, tablet, or laptop will do).
• Ability to manage tasks independently with solid organizational abilities and careful attention to detail.
• Confidence in written communication with customers.
• Consistent and reliable internet access.
• No previous customer chat experience required—we provide complete training.
