Entry-Level Online Chat Support Representative (No Experience Required)

Our team is expanding and we're seeking Chat Support Representatives to help us deliver excellent customer service. As an entry-level team member, you'll be our direct line to customers—responding to their inquiries through live chat, email, and various messaging platforms while ensuring they leave every conversation feeling heard and helped.

Role Overview:

• Engage with customers instantly via live chat, providing prompt and thoughtful responses to their concerns.
• Address a wide range of customer needs, from troubleshooting technical problems to answering product-related questions.
• Represent our commitment to outstanding service quality in every customer interaction.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries from our website and social media channels with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers through resolution steps, and follow up until problems are completely resolved.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our customer support processes.

Requirements:

• Access to a reliable device (computer, phone, or tablet) and dependable internet connection for chat support duties.
• Strong written communication abilities—your clarity and professionalism matter in text-based conversations.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures consistently, and maintain a minimum of 10 hours per week availability.

Location: Remote Work, ideally located in the United States.
