Customer Support Representative (Remote / Chat / Entry Level)

We're building out our customer support team and looking for a dependable, empathetic person to join us as a remote Chat Representative. If you're the type who actually enjoys helping customers work through their challenges, and you've got solid organizational skills to back it up, we'd love to hear from you. This is a work-from-home position where you'll be the voice of our brand through chat and email conversations.

What You Will Do:

• Answer customer questions through live chat and email promptly and professionally.
• Complete regular training to expand your knowledge of our products and improve your support techniques.
• Process orders, handle return requests, and troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy.
• Keep track of multiple conversations simultaneously while staying sharp and maintaining quality.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable computer or device and internet connection you can count on.
• Comfort working on your own while staying responsive to feedback.
• Willingness to commit at least 5+ hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.

Hours: Flexibility to set your own schedule within 5 to 40 hours weekly.

Location: Remote; must be based in the United States.
