Customer Support Agent - Live Chat (Fully Remote)

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team and provide excellent service to our clients through various communication platforms. You'll primarily support customers through live chat on our website and social media channels, while also handling inquiries that come through email and phone.

Your main focus will be real-time conversations with customers via live chat on our web properties and social channels like Facebook Messenger. Day-to-day, you'll be responding to customer inquiries, pointing people toward helpful information, and keeping them informed about promotions and special offers we're running.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Fully remote for eligible candidates based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements:

• A working computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Reliable internet connection (broadband or mobile data).
• Strong written English skills.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Great for people starting their customer support career; comprehensive training and onboarding provided.
• No previous live chat experience necessary.
