Customer Success Agent

Looking for someone who loves helping people and takes pride in exceptional customer care? We're looking for a part-time Customer Success Agent to join our expanding company. In this role, you'll be part of a team focused on one simple goal: keeping our customers satisfied and supported.

What you will be doing:

• Responding to customer messages via live chat and social media platforms throughout the day.
• Answering questions about our products, sharing helpful resources, and letting customers know about special offers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable device (computer, tablet, or phone) for using chat and social media tools.
• Self-directed work style and natural communication abilities.
• At least 5 hours per week you can commit to the role.
• A dependable, fast internet connection at home.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours

Location: Remote position available anywhere across the United States.
