Customer Service Team Member

Our customer support department is growing, and we're looking for committed individuals who thrive in a remote environment. If you're someone who enjoys helping customers and can work independently from home, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

• Connect with customers via live chat, answering their questions and sharing details about what we offer.
• Process email support requests with fast response times, take customer calls, and work through issues that come your way throughout the day.

Contract Length: Permanent position with no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Required:

• Stable internet connection and an appropriate device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
• Ability to stay motivated and handle tasks without constant supervision.
• Careful attention to detail with a focus on following guidelines and maintaining accuracy.
• Willing to commit at least 5 hours per week.

Hours Per Week: Flexible scheduling with hours ranging from 5 to 40 per week, depending on your availability.

Location: Work from anywhere in the world; we particularly encourage applications from people based in the United States.
