Customer Service Representatives (Live Chat / Remote)

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing company and provide live chat support to our customers. You'll be the helpful voice answering customer questions, walking them through their purchases, discussing product details, handling order changes, and helping customers with returns and refunds in real-time conversations.

What you will be doing:

• Handling customer messages through live chat on our ecommerce platform, fielding questions about deals, product specifications, and our return policies.
• Drawing on comprehensive training materials to solve routine problems quickly, with supervisors ready to jump in when you need backup on trickier issues.

Contract Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• Contract Length: Ongoing with flexible terms.

Location:

• 100% remote opportunity; we're particularly interested in applicants located throughout the United States.

Requirements:

• A laptop, desktop, smartphone, or tablet to handle chats and log into our web platforms.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• A dependable, fast internet connection is essential.
