Customer Service Representative (Entry Level / Immediate Start)

As our next Customer Service Representative, you'll be essential to how our customers experience our brand—building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling heard and respected.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engage with customers through live chat on our website and across social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, explain our products, and resolve customer issues thoughtfully.
• Highlight promotions and special offers while guiding customers through their purchase decisions.

Contract Length: Indefinite, flexible arrangement with no set end date.

Rate: $35 per hour (negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications).

Skills/Background Needed:

• Have access to a device that runs social media and web-based chat applications (laptop, tablet, or phone).
• Able to manage your time independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized and attentive to detail with the ability to follow established guidelines.
• Willingness to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours weekly.
• Access to dependable, fast internet connection from your workspace.
