Customer Service Agent – No Phone (Fully Remote)

We're building out our Customer Experience team and need skilled representatives who can engage with customers through digital channels like Facebook Messenger and our website chat. You'll collaborate with our Marketing and Operations teams to create exceptional customer interactions every single day.

Role:

• Position: Customer Experience Representative.
• Rate: $35 per hour.
• Location: Remote Work (US preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer messages and chat requests on our digital platforms.
• Address customer concerns, provide product information, and highlight current deals and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to continuously enhance how we serve customers.

Requirements:

• A reliable device with internet access—computer, tablet, or smartphone will work.
• Consistent, high-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency in written English communication.
