Content Specialist - App Usability Reviews

We're seeking a Content Specialist to join our team evaluating how users actually engage with mobile apps. You'll download and explore applications on your own devices, then provide detailed feedback on what's working and where improvements could make a difference. Your reviews help shape product development and create better experiences for millions of users.

Roles: In this role, you'll install apps on your mobile device, put them through their paces, and write comprehensive reviews documenting your experience. You'll spot bugs, flag usability problems, and suggest design enhancements worth considering.

Requirements: You'll need at least one smartphone or tablet that's compatible with modern apps—iOS or Android both work great.

Contract length: Ongoing with flexible commitment; no predetermined endpoint.

Rate: $35 per hour (adjusted based on app complexity and the level of detail required).

Skills/background needed:

• Access to a smartphone or tablet and comfort using mobile applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong attention to detail when executing testing procedures
• At least 5 hours per week you can dedicate to this work
• Reliable internet connection

Hours per week: Full control over when and how much you work.

Location: Work from anywhere with a strong internet connection (US-based applicants strongly encouraged). This is an area where we're actively expanding our roster.
