Chat Support Specialist (Remote / No Experience)

We're seeking warm, meticulous Chat Support Specialists to grow alongside our expanding company. You'll engage with customers through our chat system, respond to their inquiries about our services, and ensure they maximize the value they get from what we offer.

Roles: Each day, you'll sign into our messaging platform to field customer inquiries, tackle frequent questions around pricing and return policies, and let eligible customers know about special deals we're running.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Location: Work from anywhere—we're currently focusing on hiring people within the U.S.

Requirements:

• A functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet to use our chat interface and web tools.
• Able to work independently without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to adhering closely to our established processes and standards.
• Capacity to commit at least 10 hours monthly.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Contract Length: Open-ended, rolling basis.

Hours per Week: Set your own pace—pick between 10 and 40 hours per week.
