Chat Support Operator – Fully Remote, Entry Level

What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you'll:

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers on our partner websites.
• Provide helpful information regarding merchandise details, delivery timelines, refund policies, and product availability.
• Manage several conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality support standards.
• Set your own availability by picking when you work and ensuring all chats are properly closed before signing off.

Contract Length:

• No commitment required—work whenever suits your schedule best.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• A working device—laptop, phone, or tablet—with reliable internet for accessing chat tools and web platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take direction with ease.
• Strong writing skills and authentic enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer care.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
• Consistent, fast internet connection to maintain smooth interactions.
