At Home Chat Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're expanding our support team and looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Chat Support Specialists. If you're passionate about gaming and enjoy helping others, we'd love to have you on board. No experience necessary—we'll train you on everything you need to know.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, provide information about our products, share links for purchases, and help customers redeem promo codes during conversations.
• Represent our brand with warmth and professionalism, supporting gaming enthusiasts with timely and thoughtful assistance.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed:

• A reliable device (computer, phone, or tablet) with internet access for participating in live chat.
• A self-starter who can work independently while adhering to our policies and procedures.
• At least 5 hours weekly availability.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection is essential.

Hours per Week: Choose your own schedule between 5 and 40 hours each week.

Location: 100% Remote; open to USA-based applicants. Available to begin immediately.
